Safer Internet Day (10th February 2026) is a global initiative helping to inform people of the dangers (and opportunities) inherent in digital and internet-connected devices and services. This year’s theme is:

The reach of Safer Internet Day is across 170 countries and each country signs up to supporting users to make better decisions.
18 Editions
Safer Internet Day has grown over 18 editions and has kept up with technological advances.
6 Continents
Whole continents are engaged in the Safer Internet Day initiative and only 1 is excluded (Antarctica). Well, not many penguins use the Internet.
